Raspberry Collins

  • 1 1/2 oz True Born Gin 
  • 3/4 oz raspberry syrup
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/4 oz orange liqueur
  •  

    To make the raspberry syrup:

    Combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 a cup of raspberries in a pot. Simmer for 15 minutes on low-medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Crush raspberries and let simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat, strain and let cool before use. 


    Shake ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wheel.
