- 1 1/2 oz Honey Chamomile Flavored Whiskey
- 3/4 oz honey syrup
- 1/2 oz orange liqueur
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- dash of orange bitters
To make the honey syrup:
Combine 1 cup of water an 1 1/2 cups of honey in a pot. Simmer for 15 minutes on low-medium heat until the honey is dissolved. Let cool before use.
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
