- 2 oz Belgian Wheat Spirit
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 2 strawberries (sliced)
- soda water
Add all ingredients except soda water into a shaking tin. Muddle strawberries in tin. Add ice and shake quickly. Strain into a mason jar over fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
