- 2 oz Pedro Ximénez Finished Uprising Whiskey
- 1 oz homemade Irish cream liqueur (can also be store-bought)
- cold brew
- whipped cream (optional)
To make the Irish cream liqueur:
3/4 cup Pedro Ximénez Finished Uprising Whiskey
1/2 can (7 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup cold brew (or less to taste)
grated nutmeg to taste
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Bottle and store in fridge until ready for use. Good for approximately 2 months.
How to make:
Add whiskey to a mason jar glass. Fill with ice and add the Irish cream liqueur. Top with your favorite cold brew. Take a spoon and stir until everything is incorporated. Top with whipped cream if desired! Can also be served hot.
