  • 2 oz Pedro Ximénez Finished Uprising Whiskey
  • 1 oz homemade Irish cream liqueur (can also be store-bought)
  • cold brew
  • whipped cream (optional)

To make the Irish cream liqueur:

  • 3/4 cup Pedro Ximénez Finished Uprising Whiskey
  • 1/2 can (7 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cold brew (or less to taste)
  • grated nutmeg to taste
  • Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Bottle and store in fridge until ready for use. Good for approximately 2 months.

    How to make:
    Add whiskey to a mason jar glass. Fill with ice and add the Irish cream liqueur. Top with your favorite cold brew. Take a spoon and stir until everything is incorporated. Top with whipped cream if desired! Can also be served hot.
