- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz orange cordial
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 2 drops of orange blossom water
- soda water
How to make the orange cordial:
Zest one orange then juice 1 cup of orange juice. Pour juice into a small pot and heat on low-medium heat. Add 1 cup of sugar and orange zest. Let simmer until sugar is dissolved. Strain and let cool before use.
Add all ingredients except soda water into a shaker. Shake and strain into a collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon peel.
