- 2 oz Honey Chamomile Flavored Whiskey
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz demerara syrup
To make the demerara syrup:
Combine 1 cup water and 1 cup of sugar in the raw and heat on medium-high heat until sugar is dissolved. Let cool before use.
Boil a cup of water. If desired, chamomile tea can be added to hot water for extra flavor. While water is boiling, add whiskey into a mug. Pour water into mug and add lemon juice and demerara syrup and stir until syrup and juice is incorporated. For garnish, add a lemon wheel and poke a few cloves in the lemon.
