Cranberry Mule

  • 2 oz Battle Cry Single Malt Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz cranberry syrup
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • ginger beer

To make the cranberry syrup:

Bring 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to a boil. Once sugar is dissolved add 1/2 cup of fresh cranberries and bring down to low-medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes until cranberries soften. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Strain before use.

 

Add all ingredients except ginger beer into shaking tin. Shake and pour into a Collins glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and cranberries if desired
